The Guitar Commons: Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting The Guitar Commons, a brand built for musicians and creators. We take pride in our "workshop grit" quality.

Our Made-to-Order Promise

All of our apparel is made-to-order, meaning it is custom-printed just for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items due to buyer's remorse, or if you have ordered the incorrect size, color, or product.

Please check the sizing charts on each product page carefully before placing your order.

Damages, Defects, and Print Errors

We stand by our products and will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted. Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:

  1. Do not return the item.
  2. Contact us immediately at jeremypetersen@theguitarcommons.com.
  3. In your email, please provide:
    • Your Order Number.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • A high-quality photograph or video showing the defect or damage, as well as the original tag and packaging.

Our team will review the issue. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

To be clear, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size (please consult size charts).
  • Products ordered in the wrong color.
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
  • Items with visible signs of wear or use.[1]
  • Gift cards.
